Harvestehude is one of the more upmarket parts of Hamburg. Even the most discerning of residents have everything they need here. What they might struggle to find, though, is plots of land they’re allowed to build on. Well, we found one! In a prime location with a sunny, south-facing garden near the Club an der Alster. We ended up with designs for a new build with one to three units and planning permission. It’s not surprising that an enthusiastic property developer snapped it up immediately to bring the plans to life. Value added to Hamburg!
