Lüneburg’s Rotes Feld neighbourhood is one of the nicest places to live in the 1000-year-old Hanseatic city. It’s not far from the centre or the Kurpark and there’s good shops nearby. Soon it’ll also be home to 71 new apartments with modern architecture that’ll blend in seamlessly with its surroundings. That’s partly down to the fact that the bricks have been carefully selected to fit with all the listed buildings in the Founding Epoch style in this neighbourhood by the Ilmenau river.
